About this collection
The Mono Slip reduced footwear to a single moulded EVA volume. Ventilation openings, a raised sole and a continuous shell replaced the layered leather and rubber construction of earlier shoes, giving the brand a lighter and more monolithic product family.
The slip-on was followed by the Mono Boot and became the clearest ALYX counterpart to Williams’s parallel experiments with fully moulded and knitted footwear at Givenchy.
