About this collection
Spring/Summer 2023 was staged at the British Museum and focused on conservation and restoration. Encounters with specialists at the V&A, Tate, National Gallery and British Museum fed into faded brocades, shredded surfaces, enlarged old-master imagery and sheer voile layers that recalled the protective coverings used around fragile objects.
