About this collection
Gianni Versace Signatures was mounted by the Fashion Institute of Technology in 1992 and associated with curators Richard Martin and Harold Koda. It formed an early institutional synthesis of the founder’s work and helped stabilise “signatures” as curatorial vocabulary.
