About this collection
The collection treated memory and anti-waste practice through existing materials, bourgeois wardrobe archetypes and visible transformation. Recovered garments were dismantled, layered and recontextualised, creating the conceptual bridge between earlier Margiela reconstruction and the named Recicla system introduced the following month.
