Revillon

Rick Owens opened Revillon’s first sustained twenty-first-century designer revival with Autumn–Winter 2003–04, presented in Paris during couture week on 7 July 2003. The collection translated the historic fur house through the elongated proportion, sombre palette and sculptural outerwear associated with Owens’s own work, treating pelts as mass, texture and structure. It established Revillon as an active runway proposition under Fibalko after a long period of fragmented public fashion activity.
