Bill Blass’s Fall 1974 Revillon fur runway extended the house’s new multi-designer structure into a clearly attributed American fashion show. Following his 1973 responsibility for Revillon’s American luxury ready-to-wear portion, Blass brought an established New York designer identity to the specialist fur offer. The collection captures a period when Revillon distributed authorship across outside designers and distinct product areas.
