Revillon

Presented in Paris on 23 January 2006, this was the last securely documented Revillon runway under Rick Owens. Vogue and FirstVIEW filed the event under Spring 2006 couture, while Owens’s official archive later labelled it Autumn–Winter 2006; the exact seasonal classification therefore remains open. The show continued his treatment of fur as sculptural volume within Revillon’s revived fashion identity and preceded the transfer of the fur and ready-to-wear rights to Yves Salomon later that year.
