About this collection
Christian Lacroix designed eighteen looks as a one-off tribute to Elsa Schiaparelli, reducing ninety-nine sketches to a display of heavily worked couture silhouettes. Presented on mannequins and a mirrored carousel, the project reintroduced the revived atelier publicly but was not a normal commercial season and did not establish a Lacroix tenure.
