Chiapponi’s final Tod’s runway took place inside Laboratori Scala Ansaldo among carpentry, plaster forms and painted scenery. Deconstructed tailoring, crisp pleating, leather utility belts, crochet, nappa mules and woven sandals were shown with T Timeless, T-Box and stretched Di Bag developments.

The workshops made production and stagecraft visible without turning La Scala into a fashion co-designer. As the endpoint of Chiapponi’s unified tenure, the collection led into a short in-house studio interval before Matteo Tamburini’s debut.
