About this collection
The collection reworked the Western pantsuit through unequal jacket lengths, leather applied to collar and hem, and a gabardine trouser panel that behaved like a wrap skirt. Its mature construction shows that Yamamoto’s disruptions depended on preserving tailoring knowledge rather than rejecting it.
