Demon Zhang

Demon Zhang is a Chinese designer and the creative director of the Guangzhou and London-based label Mithridate. An alumna of Central Saint Martins, Zhang honed her craft within the studios of prestigious houses such as Alexander McQueen and Dior before launching her own creative vision. Her work is characterized by a high degree of artisanal complexity and a theatrical approach to contemporary ready-to-wear.

Zhang is a significant figure in the new wave of Chinese designers who combine Western technical training with a deep appreciation for traditional craftsmanship.
